• Weekly control visits to the villa or apartment.

• Informing immediately the owner in the event of any damage or necessary decisions to be taken.
• Management of staff or self employed workers and their time schedule : Gardener, swimming pool expert, cleaning lady, etc.
• Introduction to maintenance companies: Plumber, mason, electrician etc.
• Control and payment of household bills and personnel, after verification with the owner.
• Reception and re-addressing of post, faxes and other messages destined for the owners.
• Setting up and control of payment dates for health, car and house insurance.
• Upkeep of house plants.
• Preparation and stocking of fridge in the villa or apartement before the arrival of the owners or their guests, following written instructions.
• The supervision and follow-up of any work carried out in the villa: Introduction to and liaison with an architect, quotes from plumber, mason, concrete engineer, painter, carpenter, blacksmith etc.
• The supervision and follow-up, without any technical control or conformity, of repairs and upkeep of household equipment in the villa.
• Organisation and supervision, without any technical control or conformity, of the storage, repair and maintenance of the owner's vehicles.
• Seasonal rental of the villa or apartment, including client search, rental and insurance contracts, preparation of the villa for the clients, and departure inventory control.
• French-English interpretation and translation service.
